PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device and a control system using the same, enabling each radio station to change over a frequency channel, without provision of additional means to communicate with a frequency channel changeover device.SOLUTION: The radio communication device includes: reception means for receiving a communication signal of another radio station with a predetermined frequency channel; transmission means for transmitting a communication signal to another radio station with a predetermined frequency channel; frequency channel changeover means for changing a frequency channel according to a communication state of the frequency channel with the other radio station that is collected through the reception means or the transmission means; and highly reliable channel switchover mode means capable of changing frequency channel change information according to the communication reliability of a communication path used for exchanging the frequency channel change information.
