PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container capable of applying a three-step temperature cycle accurately and efficiently to a minute amount of liquid by a simple operation such as tilting and reversing.SOLUTION: The container includes: a container body which has a longitudinal direction, and whose one end in the longitudinal direction is opened and the other end is closed; and a lid body which includes a protrusion arranged inside the container body in a protruded manner, and seals the one end of the container body. The container body includes: a first region including the protrusion on a cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction in the case where the container body is sealed with the lid body; a second region having a wider diameter portion connected to the other end side of the first region and a narrower diameter portion on the other end side; and a third region connected to the other end side of the second region. In the case where the container body is sealed by the lid body, the inside spaces of the first region, the second region, and the third region are brought into a communicated state with each other. |
