PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which has a smaller shape around an air filter and opens and closes a suction port without deteriorating suction efficiency.SOLUTION: In a mechanism, a shutter closing an inlet port with a movement amount equal to or less than a diameter of a suction port is arranged on an outer periphery of a mount base. An air filter is attached and detached while the shutter is supported by an elastic body, so as to open and close the suction port. |
