PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the movement recognition and locus extraction of an object only by matching a reference moving image and an input moving image without using a feature-based method.SOLUTION: A moving image processor 1 includes recording means 5 for recording a reference moving image representing luminance at a coordinate position of time τ with Z(&xgr;(τ), &eegr;(τ)), and an input moving image representing luminance of time t with f(x, y, t), and moving image processing means 2 for calculating a coordinate position (x, Y) of each time t of the input moving image similar to a movement pattern of the reference moving image. The moving image processing means 2 calculates a continuous DP to calculate a minimum value at time τ of a local distance, acquires an evaluation function S (x, y, T, t) obtained by accumulating the time τ from 1 to T, and acquires a coordinate position (x, y) of each time t similar to the movement pattern detected in the input moving image by calculating a coordinate position (x, y) of time t in which the evaluation function S(x, y, T, t) is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold h. |
