PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether a work can be intermittently cut and/or continuously cut.SOLUTION: A control device (20) includes a first ratio calculation part (24) which calculates a maximum output value corresponding to a speed of a motor (11) detected by a speed detection part (13) based upon a first relation and also calculates a first ratio of an actual output to a maximum output value; a second ratio calculation part (25) which calculates a continuous rated output value corresponding to the speed of the motor (11) detected by the speed detection part (13) based upon a second relation, and also calculates a second ratio of the actual output to the continuous rated output value; and a determination part (26) which determines whether at least one of intermittent cutting and continuous cutting of the work is possible or not based upon the first ratio and the second ratio. |
