The present invention provides a walking stick for a blind person, in which a sensor part is installed on a walking stick, which is a necessity for a blind person, so that information about the moving route of a user, which is collected from the sensor part, is transmitted to a smart phone and then delivered to the user through voice, thereby allowing the user to recognize detailed surrounding circumstances and prevent accidents when the blind person walks. Further, the present invention provides a walking stick for a blind person, wherein the walking stick is simply constituted and is convenient to use, thereby providing convenience of walking. In addition, the present invention provides a walking stick for a blind person in which the power is managed through a pulse sensor, thereby extending the usage time, and the pulse of the user is checked and provided, thereby confirming the body condition of the user. The walking stick for a blind person according to the present invention comprises: a stick (20) having a body (22) with a pole shape and a handle (24) integrally formed on the upper side of the body (22) so as to allow a user to hold the stick; a sensor part (30) installed on the stick (20) to collect information about the moving route of the user; a power part (40) installed on the stick (20) to supply power to the sensor part (30); and a smart phone (50) for receiving the information about the moving route of the user, which is collected by the sensor part (30), to transmit the information to the user through voice.
