The present invention relates to a stability and absorption promoting composition for vitamin C containing alloferon, specifically to a composition containing alloferon for the absorption of vitamin C through the skin and other routes by the increase of vitamin C stability and SVCT-1/2 expression. The composition of the present invention promotes the absorption of vitamin C and improves the stability of the vitamin C to be used as a base material for cosmetic, food, and medical compositions.
