摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a three-dimensional ultrasonic inspection effectively in a short time to find the existence and location of a flaw occurring at a pin hole of a fork part of a turbine rotor blade.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional ultrasonic flaw detector includes: an ultrasonic sensor having a plurality of piezoelectric vibrators; an ultrasonic wave transmitter receiver for transmitting/receiving an ultrasonic wave with a phased array system with the use of the ultrasonic sensor and recording waveform data; a calculator for generating three-dimensional flaw detection data with the use of the waveform data; and a display section for displaying the three-dimensional flaw detection data so as to be overlapped on three-dimensional shape data of an inspected object, the display section having an air-view screen 501 for displaying an air view of the three-dimensional flaw detection data and enlarged screens 503a, 503b for performing CAD fusion display on the proximity of a pin hole of a fork part in the same visual line direction and in the same size. When the ultrasonic sensor is installed in a prescribed position, it is desirable that a marker is displayed at a position where a shape echo of a shape feature section such as the pin hole should be displayed in the enlarged screens.
