摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method to obtain a heat adhesive property fiber in which when being processed to a nonwoven cloth or a fiber structure, a defect of a binding shape or a nep shape is few.SOLUTION: A production method of a thermoplastic resin fiber is characterized in that when a fiber including a thermoplastic resin in which a melting point of a fiber surface is at most 200°C is performed by melting spinning, a sulfonic acid metal salt is imparted by at least 0.005% per a fiber weight between a process in which the thermoplastic resin is discharged from a cap and a take-off process, thereby when spinning, a specific agent is imparted to a fiber surface, and thereby while agglutination of fibers to connect a product defect is prevented, the heat adhesive property fiber that can be stably produced can be produced.
