PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably change output systems for coordinates without making an operator aware of the changing.SOLUTION: In a coordinate output device 1, a coordinate detection part 11 detects coordinates of one or more points indicated within an operation surface 10. When coordinates of only a single point are detected, a control part 12 outputs the detected coordinates of the single point individually using a mouse style in which the coordinates of the single point are output individually. When coordinates of a plurality of points are detected at the same time, the control part 12 outputs the detected coordinates of the plurality of points using a digitizer style in which the coordinates of the plurality of points are output together at the same time. Consequently, the output styles for coordinates are suitably changed according to the number of points indicated at a time on the operation surface 10, so the usability of the coordinate output device 1 is improved. |
