PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teardrop-like magnetic core which ensures excellent production efficiency while having a large initial inductance and stable DC superposition characteristics, and to provide a coil device using the same.SOLUTION: The teardrop-like magnetic core composed of a magnetic material and used in a coil device 20 includes a first linear part 11 and a second linear part 15 which are continuous via a bend 16 having one end bending at right angle, and an arcuate part 17 connecting the other ends of the first and second linear parts. The coil device is manufactured by applying a winding to the teardrop-like magnetic core 10. |
