PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus, a lens barrel and an imaging apparatus, in which electromagnetic waves generated from an electronic component can be shielded in a small space.SOLUTION: The lens barrel 10 includes: an inductor 13a; a mount-side cover 12 including a cylindrical part 121 arranged at a position facing the inductor 13a and made of a metal, and a flat plate part 122 made of a resin; and a shield plate 14 arranged between the flat plate part 122 of the mount-side cover 12 and the inductor 13a and shielding electromagnetic waves. |
