PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing vegetable leaves, which allows vegetable leaves for disposal in particular to be processed for edible storage.SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of mincing vegetable leaves, heating for instantly evaporating moisture at the surface through roasting of the vegetable leaves minced in the mincing step, and cooling the minced leaves heated in the heating step. |
