PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing program etc. capable of accurately removing noise from frames in which nearly the same number of similar frames appear consecutively along the time line.SOLUTION: The image processing program etc. for removing noise from frames on the time line causes a computer to execute a determination step, a division step, and a removal step. The determination step determines whether a change point where a change between adjacent frames included in the frames becomes large appears at nearly the same intervals along the time line. If it is determined that the change point appears at nearly the same intervals, the division step divides the frames into plural groups along the time line. The removal step removes noise from the frames on a group-by-group basis. |
