PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine communication system capable of urging maintenance work such as state improvement and taking care of a washing machine .SOLUTION: A washing machine 1 includes: a setting unit 25 for setting a washing/drying operation course; a control unit 23 for controlling washing/drying operation course; a count unit 23b for counting the number of operations of the washing machine 1; a storage unit 24 for storing count numbers of the count unit 23b; and a washing machine communication unit 22 for wirelessly communicating with the portable terminal 10. The portable terminal 10 includes: a wireless communication unit 101 for wirelessly communicating with the washing machine communication unit 22; and a terminal display unit 103 for displaying condition of the washing machine 1 based on communication contents of the wireless communication unit 101. The terminal display unit 103 displays maintenance information at the terminal display unit 103, if a difference between the number of operations of the washing machine 1 when the washing machine communication unit 22 and the wireless communication unit 101 wirelessly communicated, and the number of operations of the washing machine 1 when the maintenance information of the washing machine 1 is displayed is a prescribed number of more. |
