PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a high extraction force or fixing strength with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A clip 3 comprises: a grommet 1 mounting an article 5 to a mounted member 4, and having a leg part 15, a flange part 10 provided on an upper side of the leg part, and an insertion hole 16 penetrating through the leg part 15 from the flange part; and a pin member 2 having a head 20 and a shaft part 24 projecting on the head. The shaft part 24 is pushed in the insertion hole 16 of the grommet 1 and prevented from being detached, and the leg part 15 is enlarged in diameter and is engaged with recess 4a provided on the mounted member 4, so as to hold the article 5 between the head 20 and the flange part 10. The leg part 15 of the grommet has a protrusion 18 (or 19) pressure-welded to or biting into an inner periphery of the recess 4a on its outer periphery. |
