摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door frame structure capable of simultaneously achieving high productivity and high freedom of the sectional shapes of an erect pillar sash and an upper sash.SOLUTION: An erect pillar sash and an upper sash have cylindrical sections respectively. In one of the erect sash and the upper sash, the surface of the door frame inner peripheral side of the cylindrical sections is formed to be an outer peripheral slope where a car outer side portion rather than a car inner side portion is located on a door frame outer peripheral side with a surface orthogonal to a car inner surface constituting the cylindrical section and connecting the car outside and the car inside set as a reference. The other of the erect pillar sash and the upper sash is formed by press molding into a nonclosed sectional shape where the cylindrical section is opened toward the car outside at a joined end surface, and the surface of the door frame inner peripheral side of the cylindrical section of the nonclosed sectional shape is formed into an inner peripheral slope where a tip portion is located on the door frame inner peripheral side more than the outer peripheral slope without overlapping with the outer peripheral slope.
