After manufacturing of the wavelength conversion nano-particles, excess Mn can be deposited by supplying oxygen having a concentration less than that of the atmosphere to an aqueous solution having dispersed wavelength conversion nano-particles to further enhance emission brightness of the wavelength conversion nano-particles. |
