PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a showcase in which the thickness of a frame material constituting an upper frame and a lower frame can be reduced.SOLUTION: This showcase 1 is so constructed that an upper frame 3 is constructed by framing frame materials 3a-3d on the four peripheral sides followed by arranging corner pieces 10 at the corner parts of the four peripheral sides; a lower frame 5 is constructed by framing frame materials 5a-5d on the four peripheral sides followed by arranging corner pieces 11 at the corner parts of the four peripheral sides; a vertical frame 7 is provided between the corner piece 10 of the upper frame 3 and the opposite corner piece 11 of the lower frame 5; panels (surface materials) 9, 9a and 9b are fitted between the upper frame 3 and the lower frame 5; each of the frame materials 3a-3d and 5a-5d, and the vertical frame 7 are each a hollow material; at least one pair of the opposite frame materials 3c and 3d in the upper frame 3 or the lower frame 5, among the frame materials constituting the upper frame and the lower frame 5, each have a longitudinal cross section of a T-shaped hollow part; the corner piece 10 includes an insertion part to insert into each of the hollows of the frame materials 3a and 3b adjacent to each other in the upper frame 3 and the lower frame 5, and the vertical frame 7; and the longitudinal cross section of an insertion part 10b to insert into the frame material of the T-shaped hollow part has a T-shaped form corresponding to the form of the hollow part of the frame material 3a. |
