PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle alarm system that reliably notifies a following vehicle of a traffic congestion when an accident occurs on an expressway or at a curve.SOLUTION: In a vehicle alarm system 100, a detection part 13 detects a traffic congestion source at each road section 4 of a road 3 and traffic congestion occurrence information that enables identification of the occurrence of a traffic congestion source 2a and the location is output as a visible light signal using visible light of an illuminating device 1 illuminating a road. The information is received by a vehicle during driving and the occurrence and location of the traffic congestion source 2a are output to inform a driver of the vehicle. |
