PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prohibit retransmission of "UE assistance information".SOLUTION: The mobile communication method comprises: a step in which a mobile station UE transmits, to a wireless base station eNB, "UE assistance information" that prompts the changing of a parameter for the mobile station UE used at the wireless base station eNB; a step in which the wireless base station eNB notifies the mobile station UE of a prohibition period for transmission of the "UE assistance information"; and a step in which the mobile station UE stops retransmission of the "UE assistance information" on the basis of the prohibition period for transmission.
