PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image generation device capable of easily performing display restriction processing on information whose disclosure should be restricted when generating a moving image for disclosure.SOLUTION: A moving image generation device draws a frame image including a plurality of image elements, outputs drawing position information for specifying a drawing position within the frame image of a confidential element whose disclosure should be restricted among the plurality of image elements, and generates a moving image using the frame image while performing display restriction processing on a target region specified by the drawing position information within the frame image. |
