PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear magnetic flowmeter with an adjustment device (8) arranged corresponding to an adjustment object (7).SOLUTION: The adjustment device (8) includes: a rotation adjustment unit (9) for having an influence on the adjustment object (7); a rotary actuator (10) for acting on the rotation adjustment unit (9); a torque clutch (11) which is disposed between the rotary actuator (10) and the rotation adjustment unit (9) and transmits a torque generated by the rotary actuator (10) to the rotation adjustment unit (9); and rotation stoppers (12, 13).
