PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-power generation system enabled to have high effects by extracting an electric energy from the difference between high and low tides.SOLUTION: Fig. 2 presents an image diagram showing a high-tide water level retaining apparatus. In Fig. 2, an upper top plan view shows a high-tide water level retaining apparatus 6, which allows the free flow of sea water, when a high-tide retaining gate 5 is opened, but inhibits the free flow when closed. A lower view shows the high-tide state, in which the sea water accumulates in the high-tide water level retaining apparatus 6, and the high-tide retaining gate 5 is closed. When the sea level becomes low, the sea water stored in the high-tide water level retaining apparatus 6 is fed to a position at a lower water level by driving a decompression device 2 of a water pipe arranged in a siphon shape, so that the electric power is generated in a water-power generation system 1 disposed at the terminal of the water pipe. After the water supply, a sea mobile type moves on the sea and opens the sea road. |
