PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bladder for tire vulcanization in which vertical direction deviation of a rubber volume of a tread part of a green tire generated by gravitation is suppressed to be able to perform vulcanization; and a production method of a pneumatic tire using the bladder for the tire vulcanization.SOLUTION: A film thickness Gb of a cylindrical bladder body part 2 is set to have a constant thickness, two or more rubber made ribs 4 extending in a circumferential direction are formed on at least a part corresponding a tire tread of a bladder inner face in a vertical direction to open a space, at least one of a cross section area of the ribs 4 or the space in the vertical direction is changed, thereby circumferential direction rigidity of a bladder 1 in a part corresponding to the tire tread is set so that the rigidity of an upper side part is made larger than that of a lower side part, the bladder 1 is expanded in inside of a green tire G set in a mold 10 in a horizontal-state, and the green tire G is performed by vulcanization. |
