PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow having a shape which continuously allows a sleeping person to sleep more comfortably in a lateral position while stably preventing him or her from returning to sleeping in a supine position by preserving and enhancing the effectiveness of the invention with the title "Pillow for sleep apnea prevention" of the patent application No. 2011-134585, which is effective in preventing a sleeping person from snoring and stopping breathing during sleep by keeping him or her from the deep-rooted habit of sleeping in a supine position.SOLUTION: A long pillow for preventing sleep apnea syndrome from recurring has a breadth almost equal to that of bedding. A narrow convex portion provided in the central part of the pillow extends over the full length of the pillow in the longitudinal direction of a sleeping person with his or her head resting on the pillow. Concave portions arranged parallel to the convex portion are provided on the right and left sides of the basal portion of the convex portion. Flat portions having a height almost equal to that of the convex portion in the center of the pillow are provided outside the concave portions. |
