PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic electronic component.SOLUTION: There is provided a multilayer ceramic electronic component including: a ceramic main body which includes a dielectric layer and has first and second main surfaces facing each other in the lamination direction of the dielectric layer, and third and fourth lengthwise end surfaces and fifth and sixth breadthwise side surfaces connecting the first and second main surfaces and facing each other; a first outer electrode which includes inner electrodes arranged facing each other across the dielectric layer in the ceramic main body and outer electrodes electrically coupled to the inner electrodes, the outer electrodes being formed from the third or fourth end surface to the first and second main surfaces in a section of the ceramic main body in a length-thickness direction; and a second outer electrode which is formed on the first outer electrode and also formed from the third or fourth end surface to the first and second main surfaces, and has a length smaller than the length by which the first outer electrode is formed on the first and second main surfaces and includes an epoxy resin. |
