The invention provides a deep hole processing method, which includes following steps: a tool abnormal detection process (ST13) for detecting the abnormality of a gun drill; a breaking judging process (ST16) for judging whether the gun drill breaks when detecting the abnormity of the gun drill; a deep hole continuous processing process for continuously processing the deep hole at the current processing position when judging that the gun drill is not breaking; breaking processing process (ST17, ST18) for replacing the gun drill tool installed on the main shaft to a new gun drill and writing the information of a content that the deep hole processing at the current processing position is the gun drill breaking into a breaking processing list when judging the gun drill is breaking; and a list output process for outputting the breaking processing list when the deep hole processing at all of the processing positions is over. |
