A method for washing laundry is provided to improve rinsing efficiency and to adjust water level during the washing process by repeatedly supplying and draining wash water during the washing process. A washing machine comprises a cabinet(10), an outer tub(20), and an inner tub(30). The cabinet has an opening(12) to put in laundry. The outer tub is installed in the cabinet and stores water. The inner tub is installed in the outer tub to rotate laundry. A method for washing laundry comprises a step of rotating the inner tub storing water and laundry and a step of changing wash water by repeatedly supplying and draining water. |
