The present invention relates to a treating method and device of low vacuum type food waste disposal using a pellet and more particularly, to a treating method and device of low vacuum type food waste disposal using a pellet which comprises: by drying the food waste and pulverizing, making the pulverized food waste as a pellet to reuse as fuel thereby using as a heat source. According to the present invention, the treating cost is reduced by supplying the heat by using the pellet after igniting at the first time by using other fuel; the bad smell is perfectly removed by reclosing the smell which is generated while drying the food waster with the specially designed burner; the moisture inside the tissue of the food waste is perfectly removed by managing as low vacuum and providing a high heat without worrying about fuel cost at the same time; and new profit is obtained by selling the rest pellet after using as a heat source in the food waste treating device by producing the pellet after pulverizing the treated food waste.
