PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rapid and accurate detection of Chaetomium globosum species group.SOLUTION: The method for detecting Chaetomium globosum species group uses an oligonucleotide pair comprised of the following oligonucleotides (a) and (b), where (a) is an oligonucleotide represented by a specified base sequence or an oligonucleotide having deletion, substitution, insertion or addition of one or several bases in the specified base sequence and usable for detection of Chaetomium globosum species group; and (b) is an oligonucleotide represented by another specified base sequence or an oligonucleotide having deletion, substitution, insertion or addition of one or several bases in the specified base sequence and usable for detection of Chaetomium globosum species group. |
