PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device in which when gestures of a plurality of users are recognized to perform control of devices, intentions of the plurality of users are reflected so as to obtain an appropriate control result.SOLUTION: A CPU 101 recognizes a gesture operation of a subject out of an image obtained as a result of photographing the subject; recognizing the gesture action; and thereafter determines whether or not recognition processing of the gesture operation for another subject is performed. When a CPU determines that recognition processing is performed for another subject, it stores a recognized gesture in a memory 103. When performing recognition of the gesture operation as to one subject, the CPU determines whether or not a recognized gesture is already stored in a memory, and executes selectively control command for controlling a device associated with the recognized gesture in accordance with the determination result.
