PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel noncircular gear that performs composite operation comprising linear operation, rotation operation and combination thereof.SOLUTION: A noncircular gear 1 includes: a noncircular gear base 11; linear tooth row parts 121 and arc tooth row parts 122 continuing to the linear tooth row parts, which are provided on the peripheral surface of the gear base 11; a shaft insertion part 13 for which between both surfaces of the gear base 11, the arc-shaped center of one of the arc tooth row parts 122 is defined as a starting end and the arc-shaped center of the other of the arc tooth row parts 122 is defined as a terminal, and which is parallel with the linear tooth row parts 121; and a guide engagement part 14 that is provided on one surface of the gear base 11 so as to be parallel with the shaft insertion part 13. |
