PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for forming a grinding tool, capable of further elongating the life of a dresser gearwheel, while stabilizing the accuracy of forming the grinding tool.SOLUTION: A synchronous rotation is made under a contactable state at first contact parts 102, 110, 114 including at least a portion of used parts 104a-104f of a right tooth flank 202R and a left tooth flank 202L. The synchronous rotation is made under a contactable state at second contact parts 108, 112, 116, after relatively moving a grinding tool 18 and dresser gearwheel G along an axial direction (arrow B direction) of the dresser gearwheel G, to the contactable position at second contact parts 108, 112, 116 comprising a portion of unused parts 106a-106f of the right tooth flank 202R and the left tooth flank 202L. |
