PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a webbing take-up device hardly allowing foreign matter such as dust and dirt to accumulate on a rotation shaft section of acceleration detection means in relation to a device body.SOLUTION: A shaft section 144 formed in a vertical wall 118 of a sensor housing 92 is formed into a cylindrical shape and an abutting section 148 facing a support wall 82 is formed on the lower side. The abutting section 148 is formed to have a width dimension equal to a diameter dimension of the shaft section 144 in plan view in such a manner that whole of the abutting section 148 overlaps with the shaft section 144 when viewing the shaft section 144 from an opposite side of the abutting section 148. Therefore, foreign matter such as dust and dirt falling on the cylindrical shaft section 144 slides on the shaft section 144 and easily drops to a lower side of the shaft section 144 and foreign matter such as dust and dirt does not accumulate on the abutting section 148. |
