摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an automatic transmission capable of properly setting a target input rotational frequency of a lock-up clutch during change gear, and capable of performing slip control of the lock-up clutch with higher accuracy.SOLUTION: A control device of an automatic transmission includes: slip control means 5 for performing slip control of a lock-up clutch 40 so that an actual input rotational frequency NE0 of the lock-up clutch 40 follows a target input rotational frequency set by target input rotational frequency setting means 5; and target input rotational frequency replacement means 5 for replacing a first target input rotational frequency NE1 equivalent to an input rotational frequency after change gear with a second target input rotational frequency NE2 acquired from a current output rotational frequency NM2 of the lock-up clutch 40 and a target slip ratio S after change gear in slip control of the lock-up clutch 40 performed during change gear in a transmission mechanism 2a.
