PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse pins, by pulling out a plurality of pins from a camshaft, after shaping the camshaft as a shaft component.SOLUTION: A collapsible core 23 is disposed in main molds 21, 22, and a molten metal is poured in a cavity 24 formed between the main molds 21, 22 and the core 23. After cooling down, the main molds 21, 22 and the core 23 are removed, thereby casting a camshaft 10 based on the shape of the cavity 24. The core 23 is molded while a plurality of bar-shaped pins 30 are penetrated along a radial direction. The plurality of pins 30 are disposed with a predetermined angle to each other, and are pulled out of the camshaft 10 after the casting. |
