PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power amplifier that is compact while keeping characteristics thereof intact.SOLUTION: A power amplifier 1 includes amplification elements 11, 12, a bias circuit 13, a common power terminal P6 and a resistor R1. The bias circuit 13 is connected to the amplification elements 11, 12 to supply a bias voltage to input terminals of the amplification elements 11, 12. The bias circuit 13 and an output bias terminal of the amplification element 11 are connected to the common power terminal P6. The resistor R1 is connected between the bias circuit 13 and the common power terminal P6. |
