PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove influence of a harmonic wave from a motor drive current on detection of insulation degradation, and detect degradation of an electric insulation part with a high degree of accuracy.SOLUTION: A microprocessor 20 calculates a fundamental frequency of a motor drive current from motor rotation speed information of a rotation angle sensor 15, and controls an input electric signal generation section 9 so as to generate an input electric signal IS having a frequency different from the calculated frequency. A response electric signal RS corresponding to the input electric signal is input in band pass filter sections 12, 13. The microprocessor 20 further selects either of the band bass filter sections 12, 13 which can pass through the frequency possessed by the input electric signal, and detects insulation degradation of an electric insulation section of high-voltage equipment 2 on the basis of an output electric signal RS1 or RS2 output from the selected band bass filter section. |
