An apparatus for sealing rotor axes of a dispersion kneader according to the present invention which mixes and kneads raw materials including synthetic resins, polymer materials or organic and inorganic complex resins in a kneading container (100) with additives including reinforcing agents, inorganic/organic agents, or pigments by compressing a platen (130) connected to a pressurized cylinder (120) into a chamber (102) of the kneading container (100) while using rotary wings (114) of a pair of rotors (110) arranged inside the kneading container (100). The apparatus for sealing rotor axes of a dispersion kneader additionally includes a sealing device which prevents dusts from being leaked between the kneading container (100) and the rotor axes (112) by being equipped on the outer periphery of the rotors (110). In the sealing device, the rotor axes (112) is penetrated. The sealing device comprises: a first seal (210) which is partially combined with the rotors (110) and blocks leakage of the dusts; a first sleeve (220) which is combined on the outer periphery of the first seal and maintains adhesive of the first seal (210) towards the rotors (110); a second seal (230) which is partially combined with the first sleeve (220) and blocks leakage of the dusts; a second sleeve (240) which is combined with the outer periphery of the second seal (230) and maintains adhesive of the second sela (230) towards the first sleeve (220); and a connection tool which connects the first (220) and second sleeves (240). |
