PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for changing an output expression of a printed matter and capable of dynamically changing an output form of the entire printed matter and promoting improvement in sales and management quality about an article with the printed matter attached thereto.SOLUTION: An image processor for executing processing for changing an output form of a printed matter, has: an output form determination part for acquiring weather information and determining template information for determining a format of the printed matter on the basis of the acquired weather information; and a print data generation part for changing print data of the printed matter according the determined template information.
