STANDING WAVE SUPPRESSION METHOD AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably restrict a standing wave resulting from the resonance/anti-resonance characteristics of a rail track.SOLUTION: A track 2 is constructed by being connected to a track 1 in parallel so that the anti-node part N of the voltage standing waveform of the rail track 2 is opposite the wave node part M of the voltage standing waveform of a rail track 1. Power is consumed by using the potential difference between the wave node part M of the voltage standing waveform of the rail track 1 and the anti-node part N of the voltage standing waveform of the rail track 2, thereby causing a current to flow in the first resistance. If there is a slight displacement between the wave node part M of the voltage standing waveform and anti-node part N of the voltage standing waveform, the potential difference is increased by providing the rail track 1 or the rail track 2 with a phase shifter able to vary the length of a rail track.
