PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication management device and a communication management method that can further improve efficiency and speed of communication, and a communication device constituting a network, and its communication method.SOLUTION: A communication management method creates a link throughput list listing link throughput of all combination pairs of a plurality of devices to be managed by obtaining link throughput information, stores and holds routes, as a candidate route list, including a communication route going through the other device to be managed per combination pair, accepts an inquiry about a candidate route and its route throughput between a first device to be managed and its communication partner second device to be managed accompanied by specific information on the second device to be managed from the first device to be managed, determines the candidate route between the first and second devices to be managed on the basis of the candidate route list, calculates the route throughput between the first and second devices to be managed on the basis of the link throughput list, and provides the candidate route and route throughput information for the first device to be managed. |
