PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate an amount of liquid fuel in a vaporized fuel supply system to prevent a pressure in the vaporized fuel supply system from being over a set pressure due to vaporization of the liquid fuel in the vaporized fuel supply system during the stop of an engine, in a fuel supply device of an internal combustion engine including the vaporized fuel supply system having a vaporizer for vaporizing a liquefied fuel and supplying the same to a cylinder, a vaporized fuel injection valve for injecting the vaporized fuel, and a vaporized fuel pipe between the vaporizer and the vaporized fuel injection valve.SOLUTION: A weight of the liquid fuel in the vaporized fuel supply system in the current engine stop is estimated by subtracting a weight of vaporized fuel injected from a vaporized fuel injection valve 26 from the current engine start to the current engine stop, and a weight of vaporized fuel remaining in the vaporized fuel supply system in the current engine stop, from a weight of liquefied fuel supplied to the vaporized fuel supply systems 60, 63 from the current engine start to the current engine stop. |
