PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting diode chip with uniform luminance, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A light-emitting diode chip comprises: a substrate; an epitaxial layer including a first semiconductor layer, a light-emitting layer, and a second semiconductor layer sequentially grown on the substrate; a first electrode formed on the first semiconductor layer; and a second electrode formed on the second semiconductor layer. The second semiconductor layer includes an inactive part. The second electrode is formed on an upper surface of the inactive part and covers the inactive part. |
