PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it used to be possible to create a ledger only from completion documents constituted of a specific format since input data correspond only to the specific format.SOLUTION: This ledger management system includes: a completion document data storage section for storing completion document data; a full sentence analysis section for generating full sentence search data by performing the character recognition processing of the completion document data; a full sentence search data storage section for storing full sentence search data; a ledger item definition data storage section for storing ledger item definition data defined for extracting the ledger data; a ledger data extraction section for extracting the ledger data from the full sentence search data on the basis of the ledger item definition data; a ledger data storage section for storing the ledger data in accordance with the ledger item definition data; and a ledger search/display function section for extracting the ledger data corresponding to the search item information from the ledger data, and for outputting the extracted ledger data as a display signal. |
