摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction fastening device structure which is configured in such a way that protrusion parts produced on recessed parts do not prevent the movement of a friction plate, in the friction fastening device in which the friction plate is engaged with drum outer surface splines made by forming the recessed parts on prescribed teeth by means of a press.SOLUTION: A drive plate (friction plate) 36 which is engaged with outer surface splines 24 in which recessed parts 30 are formed on teeth 26a having an equal interval in the circumferential direction has tooth-lacking parts 40 formed by cutting off a tooth corresponding to the tooth 26a, and four teeth-lacking parts are further spread to the outer side and are made to be a cut-off part 42. A reference boss 44 is formed corresponding to each tooth-lacking part (cut-off part) on a disk part 21 of a drum. When a fixture 80 fits a notch 82 of a ring disk 81 to the reference boss and seats the notch part 82 onto a disk part, a guide piece 87 bound with the ring disk faces the tooth 26a. When the drive plate is fitted to the drum while causing the cut-off part to accord with the guide piece, the tooth-lacking part (cut-off part) is located so as to face the tooth 26a. A tooth which interferes with the protrusion parts of the recessed parts is lacked and, therefore, the drive plate is smoothly moved.
