PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner system which can supply electric power having a plurality of voltages when a power failure occurs to a system and also can continuously supply electric power to a load in use when the system is associated.SOLUTION: A power conditioner system includes a power conditioner 2 which converts DC electric power into AC electric power and outputs the AC electric power from an output terminal 13 in system association and independent operation; and an autotransformer 21 which can be connected to a load 9 in parallel with the power conditioner 2, receive the voltage of the AC electric power as an input of a primary-side voltage, divides and outputs the voltage of the AC electric power as a secondary-side voltage, and the primary side and secondary side being not insulated. The power conditioner 2 includes a control part 12 which performs control to monitor the power supply state of a system 7, to make a connection with the system 7 and break a connection with the autotransformer 21 during electric power supply of the system 7, and to break the connection with the system 7 and connect the autotransformer 21 and output terminal 13 to each other when detecting a stop of the electric power supply of the system 7. |
