PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved concept of a hierarchy for controlling multiple virtual machines.SOLUTION: A hierarchy system connected to multiple groups 100, 120 of physical machines includes: local migration anchor points 110, 130 for storing identification information of virtual machines on the physical machines within the group and identification information of the physical machines; a global migration anchor point 140 which is connected to the local migration anchor points and stores service identification information on an application on the virtual machines, identification information of the virtual machines and identification information of the local migration anchor points as a data record; and a virtual machine location register 150 for storing data entries 150a, 150b relating to the virtual machines which include the service identification information, the identification information of the virtual machines and the identification information of the local migration anchor points. |
