PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating system for suppressing the unpleasant feel of a user due to an increase in the fluctuation range of a temperature to be high or low.SOLUTION: The floor heating system, whose floor heating region is divided into m-line and n-column blocks 1 each having an electric heater 2 and human detecting means 3, performs heating with respect to each block 1. Herein, m input ports 6x for x-th-line human detection signals and m output ports 7x for feeding-ON/-OFF control signals and n output ports 8y for y-th-line timing signals are provided for performing matrix control. When feeding the electric heater 2 in the x-th-line and y-th-column block 1 with a predetermined feeding rate, the control signals are transmitted from the output ports 7x at a duty ratio corresponding to the predetermined feeding rate during a time from starting all y-th-turns to finishing them. |
